We work together with our patients to uncover origins of symptoms, and to assist with creating an individualized treatment plan that fits patient's need, through Medication, Therapy, Coaching, Family support or a combination of treatments. GeneSight Testing is also available to our clients.
Office Visits
We offer Telehealth as well in office visits. Our client’s can be seen on a weekly, bi-weekly, or on a less frequent basis, depending on their individual need.
Cancelation Fee
We know emergencies happens, we ask you give a 24 hrs notice for cancelation. We work with our patient by making available a Televisit call when applicable. A $50 fee will apply with cancellation that is less than 24 hrs. Cancellation fee will be waived if patient switches to a Tele-visit anytime before the scheduled appointment.
